Pawdge Terms of Service
Draft publication page. Final terms, developer identity, commercial disclosures, and regional clauses must be reviewed by qualified counsel before public commercial launch.
Service
Pawdge helps dog owners record walks, save memories, generate recap media, and share selected summaries with friends or a coarse local community view.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are not old enough to use Pawdge under applicable law, do not create an account.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account and for keeping sign-in credentials secure. You may not impersonate another person, create accounts for abuse, scrape the service, attack the service, or use the service in a way that harms other users.
User content
You may upload dog photos, select media for recap videos, create comments, and share memory links. You keep ownership of your content, but grant Pawdge a limited license to host, process, display, and generate outputs from that content solely to operate the service.
You must have the right to upload or share the content you provide. Do not upload content that violates privacy, intellectual property, publicity, safety, or other rights.
Community rules
- Do not harass, threaten, shame, or target other people.
- Do not post illegal, hateful, explicit, abusive, or privacy-invasive content.
- Do not expose another person's precise location or attempt to reconstruct private routes.
- Do not spam, scrape, manipulate reports, or attack the service.
Pawdge may remove content, revoke share links, limit accounts, or terminate access if these rules are violated.
Location and safety disclaimer
Pawdge is for personal recordkeeping and social memory sharing. It is not a veterinary, medical, health, safety, emergency, route-quality, or legal-compliance service. Walk summaries, streaks, distance, reminders, and dog-friendly area reports are not professional advice. Follow local leash rules and contact qualified professionals for animal health or safety concerns.
Paid features, ads, and sponsorships
Paid features, subscriptions, merchant placements, advertising, or sponsorships are not live in the MVP unless separately disclosed in the app and app stores. If paid features are added, pricing, renewal, cancellation, refund, trial, and store billing terms must be shown before purchase and must follow Apple App Store and Google Play rules.
Pawdge must not sell precise GPS data or provide precise location data to ad networks. Any future sponsored content or merchant placement must be clearly identified and must not depend on hidden use of sensitive personal information.
Deletion and termination
You may request account deletion through the app or at /delete-account/. Pawdge may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security risk, legal requirement, or violation of these terms.
Brand and trademarks
Pawdge and Wangbu Pawdge are working product names pending final trademark clearance before commercial launch. Pawdge is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Strava or any other fitness tracking service mentioned in product planning materials.
Changes
Pawdge may update these terms. Material changes should be communicated where required.
