Pawdge Data Deletion Request
Draft publication page. The production deletion owner, support SLA, and fulfillment procedure must be approved before public commercial launch.
Use the in-app request when possible
If you can sign in, open Pawdge and go to Profile - Legal and data - Data deletion request. This links the request to your signed-in account and helps us verify ownership.
Request by email
If you cannot access the app, send an email to privacy@pawdge.app with:
- Account email address.
- Optional user ID if known.
- Country or region.
- Request type: delete account, delete specific data, or access/export.
- Any information that helps us verify account ownership without sharing passwords or sensitive tokens.
What deletion covers
After verifying account ownership, Pawdge should delete or anonymize account data, user profile rows, dog profiles, dog photos, walk records, GPS route points, feed items, memory share links, reactions, comments, push tokens, and linked analytics identifiers where feasible.
Processing and retention
Pawdge will verify account ownership before deletion. We may retain some records temporarily for security, legal, fraud-prevention, dispute, or backup recovery reasons. The production policy must state the expected completion timeline. Current draft SLA target: acknowledge within 7 days and complete within a reasonable period after verification unless legal retention applies.
Do not send secrets
Never email passwords, one-time codes, access tokens, private keys, or full payment details. Pawdge staff will not ask for your password.
